Group Counseling
Guidance groups are available to all middle schoolers. A majority of students who participate in these groups are self-referred, however, students can be referred by a teacher or parent/guardian.
5th and 6th Grade Groups:
Groups meet once a week for approximately 8 weeks for 30 minutes.

7th and 8th Grade Groups:
Groups meet once a week for approximately 8 weeks during a choice class (45 minutes).

Individual Counseling
Students may recieve support on an individual basis for a variety of issues/concerns. Information shared with a school counselor is confidential unless their is a concern for the student's health or safety. Parents are notified in such instances. Students are informed that they may see me at any time (on an as-needed basis) or a regularly scheduled appointment can be arranged. Teachers and Parents may refer students as well. If outside counseling services are preferred, please contact me for available counseling services in the area or refer to the list on the left.
